1. Subscription Plans
Nimora subscriptions may be billed through Shopify Billing, Wix Billing, or another approved billing flow shown at checkout. Merchants can start on the Free plan and upgrade only when they need paid-plan limits or features.
After the billed period begins, subscription charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by our billing team in a clear service-failure case.
2. Generation Failures
If a photo, video, blog, or similar AI task fails because of a Nimora-side technical error, credits are refunded automatically according to the product logic for that workflow.
3. Refund Requests
To request a billing review, email billing@nimora.us with:
- Your store domain or connected account name
- Date of the charge
- Amount charged and the billing method used
- A short explanation of the issue
4. Disputes
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute whenever possible. That gives us a chance to correct billing issues quickly and avoids delays caused by chargeback handling.
