1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Nimora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Nimora on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Service Description
Nimora is a Shopify application that provides visitor analytics, session replays, heatmaps, SEO tooling, AI-assisted content generation, product photo creation, and video creation for Shopify merchants.
3. Accounts and Access
- You must operate a valid Shopify store to use Nimora.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your merchant account.
- You must keep store access secure and prevent unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or restrict access where misuse, abuse, or legal risk is detected.
4. Plans and Credits
Nimora offers Free, Pro, Business, and Rockstar public service levels.
- Plan credits renew at the start of each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle.
- Credits are not transferable between stores.
- Feature access and usage limits may vary by plan.
- When a generation fails on our side, credits are refunded according to product logic.
5. Payments
- Recurring subscriptions are processed through Shopify Billing.
- All fees are due in the currency shown at checkout.
- Taxes may apply based on the merchant's jurisdiction.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Nimora to:
- Create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content
- Bypass limits, security controls, or platform restrictions
- Resell the service without written authorization
- Use analytics data in ways that violate privacy law or platform rules
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract protected internal systems
7. AI Content
- You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publication.
- You retain rights to merchant-provided inputs and approved generated output, subject to law and provider rules.
- Third-party AI providers may apply their own content and usage policies.
- Nimora is not liable for factual inaccuracies in AI-generated output that is published without review.
8. Intellectual Property
Nimora, its software, design, branding, and product materials remain our intellectual property except where rights are expressly granted or where merchant-owned inputs and approved outputs are concerned.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you for Nimora in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We aim to operate Nimora reliably, but some features depend on Shopify, hosting providers, payment providers, and AI model providers. Service interruptions, maintenance windows, and third-party outages may affect availability from time to time.
11. Termination
You may stop using Nimora by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, platform policy, security concerns, or material breaches of these terms.
